Paxton is a 148-unit affordable housing community at 1625 Benning Road NE in Trinidad, developed by Valor in partnership with Foulger Pratt on a former church site Valor acquired in 2015. The roughly 160,000-square-foot building broke ground in late 2021, financed through 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and District of Columbia tax-exempt bond financing — delivering quality, attainable homes in one of Northeast DC's fast-changing corridors.
