Our Team
Felipe joined Valor Development in 2015 and is focused on the firm’s deal sourcing and capitalization efforts. Having worked at a national CRE research and analytic firm and the regional CRE lending arm of a major domestic bank, Felipe brings real estate market research and debt financing experience to the Valor team. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Amherst College and a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
