About This Project

Valor’s 2149 P St, NW site is currently home to a restaurant and entertainment venue across all three floors of a classic turn of the century building. The project plan calls for the addition of a fourth floor and the conversion of floors two through four into new, well appointment apartment homes. The first floor will retain its current retail use making for a completely renovated mixed-use project.
