About This Project

At 1337 Connecticut Ave NW Valor is in the process of converting a current office building into a mixed-use project. Valor will construct an additional sixth floor with floors three through six featuring a boutique hotel. The remaining floors will remain home to a full service restaurant, a bar lounge concept, a Cross-Fit gym, and some small businesses. 1337 Connecticut Ave NW, dubbed “The Penelope”, is located two-hundred feet from the South entrance of the DuPont Circle Metro stop serviced by the Red Line.
