About This Project

The Ladybird site was once home to a Super Fresh Grocery store. After several dormant years Valor Development plans to bring back a grocer to the site, reactivating a long dormant retail corner in an underserved neighborhood. Plans call for a mixed use development that will include retail, apartments, and public space amenities. Located in Upper North West Washington, D.C., The Ladybird promises to be a truly neighborhood enhancing project.
