Our Team
David has 26 years of experience in commercial construction and hotel development, as well as mixed-use, apartment and condominium projects. The recipient of multiple awards, his work managing all phases of the development and construction processes can be seen in various multi-million dollar commercial complexes and residential buildings throughout the DC-metro area. David has served for seven years on county Department of Permitting Services Sign and Review Board. He also created Green Building guideline requirements as part of the USGBC LEED Certification process. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and Urban Planning and Design from University of Maryland and Paolo Soleri, Architect of “Arcosanti” (AZ).
